A common problem to REO assets is the personal property and trash that is often left behind.  We understand that we are the institution’s primary source to relay to them the condition of the property. 

On average we provide 50-60 digital pictures of the asset in its initial condition as well as another 50-60 upon the completion of the work.  Our local crews will remove the debris and hazardous material, clean the interior and exterior of the asset, as well as perform the initial yard maintenance.
